• Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, as long as they are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
• Whether requesting a refund or an exchange, the process is the same:
  1. Email info@dogstoreonline.com to request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.

2. A prepaid return label will be provided with return instructions.

• Once the item is received and inspected, we’ll issue:
  
  1. A refund to your original payment method, or
  
  2. A store credit for exchange
  

Less a 15% restocking fee (either option)
