Are there any shipping restrictions?

We ship only to the contiguous United States.

We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories.

If there are product-specific shipping restrictions, they will be noted on the product page.

Why does shipping cost more for some items?

Shipping costs are based on the weight and distance of your package.

Some items are heavier or larger than others, which affects how much it costs to ship them — especially when multiple carriers are involved.

Shipping is automatically calculated at checkout.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Orders are typically processed Monday–Friday, between 8am–5pm EST.

Most orders are handled within 1–3 business days, followed by an estimated 3–6 business days in transit.

Shipping timelines may vary during holidays, sales events, or due to carrier delays.

Will I be notified about shipping my order?

Yes. You’ll receive an email when:

  • Your order is confirmed
  • It’s in transit
  • It’s out for delivery
  • It has been delivered
  • There’s a shipping exception (like a delay or issue with delivery)
Why do you send so many shipping emails?

We want to keep you fully informed at every step of the shipping process.

Emails are sent automatically to ensure:

  • You know when your package is moving
  • You’re alerted to any delivery issues
  • You’re prompted to follow up if an item hasn’t arrived
If I order multiple items, will they arrive together?

Not always. We work with multiple fulfillment partners, which means:

  • Some items ship directly from different warehouses
  • Some items may be delayed or split into separate shipments for packaging reasons

You’ll receive shipping confirmations for each package.

If something appears to be missing or late, don’t worry — just reach out and we’ll help track it down.

Can I choose the shipping carrier?


We use a variety of trusted carriers (including USPS, UPS, FedEx, and regional partners), depending on the item and your location.

We are not able to accommodate specific carrier requests at this time.

Do you offer expedited or overnight shipping?


At this time, we offer standard shipping only.

Why hasn't my tracking number updated?


Sometimes tracking may show as “Label Created” or not update for a few days. This usually means the carrier has the package but hasn’t scanned it yet.

If your tracking hasn’t updated after 4 business days, feel free to contact us.

Do you offer local pickup or delivery?


No, we are an online-only retailer and do not currently offer local pickup or delivery options.
