Are there any shipping restrictions?

We ship only to the United States.

We do not ship to post offices or to APO/FPO addresses.

If there is a restriction on an item, it will be in the description.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Though this company is located in Ohio, we do not ship from Ohio. We ship directly from the manufacturer. As such, shipping times vary.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday during the hours of 8am - 5pm EST, and handling can take 1-3 business days, depending on the product.

Shipping can take 3-10 days, depending on the carrier used.

These times will vary greatly during peak times, like big sales and holidays, and this FAQ will be updated, and a notification on shipping times will also be sent out in a newsletter.

Will I be notified about shipping my order?

Yes.

You will receive an email when your order is in transit, when it is out for delivery, and when it has been delivered. You will also receive an email if there is an issue the shipping company has with your order.

You will receive a tracking number in your email, and you can go to our tracking page to view the status of your order as well.

Why do you send so many shipping emails?

This is part of our customer service. We want you to be informed of where your order is every step of the way.

You'll receive emails to confirm your email; when your order is in transit, when your order is out for delivery; when your order has been delivered; if there is a shipping exception; and to ask for a review after your order has been received.

If I order multiple items, will they arrive together?

Not necessarily.

As mentioned in another question, we ship directly from the manufacturer.

There could be many reasons why your items ship separately:

- they are not manufactured at the same place

- even if they were at the same place, an item was not immediately available for some reason

- it was easier to package them separately

You may receive an email from us that your items have been delivered and you may not have received all of them. The shipping emails are sent automatically - and are created at the time you placed your order.

If you are missing an item, and have not checked the tracking page, please feel free to contact us to check on your item for you.
