What payments are accepted?

We accept all major credit cards. Wallets offered are Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and Shop Pay. We also offer installments by Shop Pay.

Do you offer discounts?

YES! You can find discounts on social media, by subscribing to our store, and and occasionally there is a link to Sales on our site as well.

Where do I find sizing for products?

For products that indicate a size or have multiple sizes you can find sizing charts in two locations:

1) an image in the gallery showing the available sizing AND/OR

2) sizing is mentioned in the description

We have video(s) on YouTube describing how to measure your dog for various products.

PLEASE read the description and pay attention to sizing charts. Multiple returns due to not reading sizing charts *may* result in your account being banned.

If you do not understand the sizing chart or need help, please contact us BEFORE you place your order.

Why do you need my phone number for orders?

We REQUIRE phone numbers on ALL orders.


We have been contacted numerous times by shipping companies because they could not reach customers or could not leave the order in a safe place. This resulted in multiple attempts to deliver the order.

If the shipping company has your phone number they can contact you directly and let you know of an issue with the order, thereby cutting down on the number of attempts at delivery.

We do not use your phone number for any other purpose.

If the shipping company does not have a phone number to reach you regarding your order, and you fail to respond to emails regarding issues with your order - we CANNOT be responsible for orders that are returned by the carrier. You will NOT receive a refund in this case.

Why is important to double check my shipping address?

We use a verification program, similar to what the postal service uses, to verify your address.

If our system catches a potential error, we will contact you and ask you to verify your details.

If there is a serious error with your address and we have contacted you, we cannot proceed with your order until you have verified your details. This is for your protection.

Please be sure you open all emails from dogstoreonline.com until all of your order is complete.

This is similar to not having a phone number attached to your order. If the shipping address is incorrect, we cannot be responsible for returned products.

How do I place an order for a customized item?

You always have an option to include a note to us in your order, but it is really important to include that note when it comes to a personalized item.

The details of how many letters or numbers, or characters allowed will be in the description of your item.

Before you finish with your order, be sure to include the customization part of your order in the notes.

If you forget, you can contact us via the contact us page, or send us an email at info@dogstoreonline.com. If this information is missing, we will assume the item is not to be personalized and this CANNOT be used as a reason for a return.

Again, please be sure to open all emails that come from dogstoreonline.com until you receive your order.
