For reference, we offer Discover, American Express, MasterCard, Visa, and Diners Club. Wallets offered are Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and Shop Pay. We also offer installments by Shop Pay.

YES! Here's how to find our discounts:
- for first time customers, there is a 10% off discount, right on our store. Just click on the pop up or on the lower left side of the screen where it says "10% off" and you'll be given a code.
- for customers that came from social media - there is a 10% code from Instagram or Facebook you can claim for shopping through our store there
- there is a shopping cart with a + sign in the lower left side of the screen - this is an indicator counter for you that if you spend $50 or more on products in our store, you will receive free shipping
- emails are sent out periodically that have codes for sales and upcoming new products
Where do I find sizing for this product?
For products that indicate a size or have multiple sizes, there is:
1) an image in the gallery showing the available sizing AND/OR
2) sizing is mentioned in the description AND/OR
3) there is a clickable link between the available sizes and "add to cart" with an icon of a tape measure and the words "size chart".
Why do you need my phone number for orders?
We previously did not require customers to include a phone number with their order, but now require this.
We have been contacted numerous times by shipping companies because they could not reach customers or could not leave the order in a safe place. This resulted in multiple attempts to deliver the order.
If the shipping company has your phone number they can contact you directly and let you know of an issue with the order, thereby cutting down on the number of attempts at delivery.
We do not use your phone number for any other purpose.
Why is important to double check my shipping address?
We use a verification program, similar to what the postal service uses, to verify your address.
If our system catches a potential error, we will contact you and ask you to verify your details.
If there is a serious error with your address and we have contacted you, we cannot proceed with your order until you have verified your details. This is for your protection.

How do I place an order for a customized item?
You always have an option to include a note to us in your order, but it is really important to include that note when it comes to a personalized item.
The details of how many letters or numbers, or characters allowed will be in the description of your item.
Before you finish with your order, be sure to include the customization part of your order in the notes.
