Ingredients (per tray, using 1 teaspoon per cavity):

1¼ cups whole wheat flour

1 cup oat flour (or finely ground oats)

3 tbsp creamy, xylitol‑free peanut butter

½ cup unsweetened applesauce

1 large egg

Hot water, 1 Tbsp at a time until dough is stiff
Instructions:

Preheat oven to 375 °F (190 °C).

Mix flours, peanut butter, applesauce, and egg.

Add hot water gradually to reach a pliable, stiff dough.

Press about 1 teaspoon per cavity in the silicone mold.

Bake on a baking sheet for 12–15 min, then decrease oven to 250 °F and bake additional 20 min until firm and golden.

Cool completely in mold before removing and serving.
Storage: Keep in sealed container at room temperature (crispy) or refrigerate to prolong freshness
