Ingredients:

½ cup peanut butter (no xylitol)

1 ripe banana, mashed

⅔ cup plain Greek yogurt (unsweetened)
Instructions:

Warm peanut butter in a microwave or by hand until smooth.

Spoon a small layer into each mold cavity and gently tap to level.

Mash banana and mix with yogurt.

Fill remaining space of each mold with banana-yogurt mixture. Tap to remove air bubbles.

Freeze for at least 4 hours, or until firm.

Pop out frozen treats and store layered in freezer-safe container.
Serve these as cool, refreshing snacks for hot days.
